Good food but most of employees as well as the owner, John have horrible attitudes!! Pia is a very sweet lady but her husband is just awful!!! They will never get a penny from me again!!!!

We have been here twice so far and both times it was all we could do not to gush about how great the food is. everything is so fresh and made with care. the crab cake sandwich, the doodle bug pizza, and the sushi..it's all to die for! the outside is a little misleading but once inside the atmosphere is great and the service is exceptional. it's our little secret and we go here every time we get the chance. the only complaint we had about anything was the pasta salad was a little bland but the freshness and the quality of the other food make this place the best restaurant I've ever eaten.

Every time I have been to Seven Hundred Modern Bar & Grill the food has been amazing and the service has been top notch. 10 out of 10 will visit again...and again...and again.

Exceptional Front Street dining with diverse offerings that are well prepared. Sandwiches, salads, sushi and more. Evening entrès are a cut above.

Went for lunch with my family today and we were the only customers in the restaurant. The food took over 30 minutes to arrive, you could tell things were frozen, some food was cold, service was terrible, we had to ask to get our drinks filled up, do not recommend. Definitely not worth the price, go to another restaurant on Front street.

This place made me sick to my stomach. Never have I felt so awful. Stay away unless you want it to be sick for a week.

Good food reasonable prices

Food was good. Server was nice. I ordered the softshell crab sandwich. I wasn't expecting an entire softshell crab, perhaps that was my error. It was a new experience, but very tasty. Their fries are a mixture of sweet and regular potatoes, which is different and delicious. My wife had a very thick burger with bacon, egg, and a crabcake on it, which she thoroughly enjoyed. The bathroom was clean and well-decorated. The menus had a few spelling errors, and again I don't recall it advertising an entire softshell crab, but overall it was a great experience. This restaurant has gotten a lot of negative reviews for both food and service, so we were almost dissuaded from coming, but I'm glad that we did.

went there for dinner with another couple ... food was excellent ... service was very good ... manager (owner?) was more than able ... suggested a very good wine and a better after dinner drink would absolutely return

Visited 700 for the first time. Met the owner and his lovely bride. I was treated very well, met some great people. They cared that I was taken care of. Great sushi. Great service. Great experience. I will go out of my way to go here. 5 stars.

Pizza was the thinnest I have ever had. Great food.Coke, iced tea $3 each, no refills. A little pricey. But I would go back again.

Went here for lunch. No one was in there eating I should have known. All the food we got was mediocre and overpriced. Service was terrible. Go to Big Tuna across the street that's where the good local food is.

The food was wonderful... We had a 12 inch sausage and extra cheese pizza which the crust was fabulous... And the soft shell crab sandwich with pasta salad wonderful...

Heard this place had the best pizza in town so I went in with my girlfriend and tried it out. Pizza was real good. My girlfriend had the sushi and she enjoyed her meal too. Would definitely recommend this place if get the chance.

Worst food and atmosphere in Georgetown. The owner clearly doesn't care about people and even less about running a quality restaurant.

Awesome french dip!

Would have given it five stars, however, when I paid with a debit card the owner added $3.16 to the total not reflected on the original ticket. We should had been told by waiter of this charge and I would have paid in cash. I deducted the "non-cash charge" from his tip.

Nice place downtown to catch a bite. Menu with quite a bit of variety. We had burgers and crab cakes. Both were delicious!

Great bar, great food, friendly staff

Let me start by saying that the food was excellent. We ate the zest shrimp appetizer and 2 custom pizzas and all were delicious. The shrimp came over sweet potato fries, which I thought was a bit strange but they were fantastic with the zest sauce. Our understanding is that this is under new ownership/ management but we had not been there before, so I'm not sure if this is an upgrade or not. We were told that some changes were coming to the menu but that the majority of things would stay. There are some things that will need to be addressed as they go but they are eager to please and that's half the battle. Prices were decent for the location. This place closes at 9 (as most do in that area) so get there early!

Started with a Rusty Nail cocktail from Larry the bartender - outstanding! After our sever had gone over the specials for the evening, we inquired of the owner (who happened to be passing the table) about any other fish entrees that might be available. He offered a seafood platter, fried, broiled or blackened. We opted for the blackened version and were thrilled with the results. Best meal of several great meals during our stay in Georgetown.

The service was great but the cook doesn't have a clue. About 45 min into our wait the server came to tell us that our burgers had been over cooked and they were going to start over. When we finally got our food it still was not right. The filet, that was to be medium rare was cut into tiny pieces and was well done, the three burgers were either over cooked or undercooked, buns were burnt on the outside and not toasted in the inside. Our salads were good but they were out of two of the dressings (one of which was ranch). Our lunch took well over two hours. They ended up giving us a discount on the bills but even with the discount it was not worth the money.

Terrible management. Terrible waitstaff. Terrible food. I've never been more disgusted with a place in my life. Ordered a basic entrée which my niece found a bandaid in. What kind of place is this. Management did nothing to refund our money nor apologize for the delayed service. Absolutely terrible. Don't bring your friends nor family here. This place needs to be shut down.

Best cocktails in Georgetown since new ownership in spring of 2019. Try the blueberry martini, seaweed martini, and sangria, all outstanding! We go there once a week and there's always something good to eat for everyone. Clean, warm and friendly staff and atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Hamburger was one of the best I've tasted. I enjoyed dining very friendly staff.

Its Sunday in Georgetown SC and if you dont know ( I just found out coming in from Ny this week) that alot is closed on Sundays here and if the establishment does not purchase a certain liqour lisc they cannot serve alcohol.Therefore they got me in the door on that alone (Whee wine with dinner)I was immediately greeted by the new ownerIt was quiet and we were able to speak with Tori the owners daughter who is the bartender. She made fabulous drrinks and went over the menu.I had the Strawberry field salad with the honey vinaigrette which was fabulous along with a pesto pizza which is homemade and DELICIOUS!!!! I highly reccomend. I am only giving 4 stars because they had no absolute and my fiances burger was a tad over cooked but still juicy.I reccomed the 700 and especially on a Sunday

I ordered the bacon burger and it came out very juicy and the bacon was very good. It was a very solid cheeseburger for a reasonable price. For dessert I ordered the banana chocolate swirl cake and it was heavenly. The cake melted in my mouth and tasted very good. The atmosphere is social and relaxed, would definitely visit again.

The hostess response to "How are your crab cakes, here? " was "I dunno" and things went downhill from there. Dirty plates, frozen(?) shrimp, decent sweet potato fries (sodexo? ) Just so- so all around. Manager admitted to towel-wiping plates, hence towel residue. Yerg.

We eat there at least once a week and I try to get something different each time! Sushi was great and the golden pizza sauce is tangy and very interesting.
